I contacted Parker Smith at Black9Design after many hours of trying unsuccessfully to design my own website using a “user friendly” site. Parker is so professional and well-organized. He helped me figure out the pages I needed for my site and how to organize them well and attractively. I am so happy with my website – its look, its ease of use – it’s just what I hoped for. The process was painless as Parker did all the “tech” part and walked me through the process of choosing pictures and writing text. Parker is very available to answer my questions, make changes and suggestions and tweak things. He had creative ideas for making my website better and was very good at understanding my business and how to represent it well.
